Eider Duck - Neist Point

Can you see it?

I noticed on leaving the Neist Point Lighthouse a little Eider duck nesting on the cliff just under the lighthouse. I crawled on all fours so as not to unsettled it. During the winter eider ducks will spend much of the time at sea. From mid-May ducklings leave their island nest sites and start arriving at these sheltered places.
