Duncansby Head

Duncansby Head - Scotland

The huge stacks at Duncansby Head in Caithness. This is said to be the true most north easterly tip of the Scottish mainland, exceeding John O' Groats by at least a mile.

The highest Stacks of Duncansby Head rise 210 feet out of the water. This particular day the sky was completely overcast so trying to extract some detail was impossible. The flowering buds of May did help though.
